The animal comes with a pillow filled with natural fruit stones, placed within the animal belly secured with a zipper. On a cold day, take this pillow out, gently heat it up in the oven and place it back inside its belly.

Removable heat-pack pillow filled with grape seeds or cherry stones
Heat gently for 2-3 mins in 75deg Celcius oven
Always check that pillow is hand warm
Wrap cushion in linen or cotton towel before heating or cooling

To heat your cherry stone or grape seed pillow: 3-5 minutes in the oven at 75 degrees. If using a microwave, please take care - ½-1 minute maximum at a maximum temperature of 600W. When heated, the Cherry/Grape Seed stone pillow should be warm to the touch, the same as body temperature - a living, soothing warmth, never hot to the touch. Refer to warnings above, and only ever heat the removable pillow, not the entire toy.

To Cool: Place in the fridge to cool, and can then be used to soothe when a cooling effect is needed.
